We went into Man-O-War this morning to get some breakfast at the local shop. They bake everything in the little kitchen off the store and all the profit goes to the museum as a fundraiser. We forgot cash on the boat, so they let us get breakfast and pay them back tomorrow. So nice! Agnes had told the cashier to tell us to go to her house so she could show us the mooring she had found for us. The food was really good. They had hot cross buns as a Good Friday special!

When we finished we went to Agnes's house. We started walking to see the mooring. She told us more about this end of the island and even showed us her friend's house. Dad fell in love with it -- it was small and breezy, open shelves... it even had an ice cream maker! Then we walked down the dock to see the mooring. It was tucked in the best hurricane hole we've ever seen. Even though there were 30kts of breeze it felt like there were only 5kts here! We immediately dinghied back to the boat so we could get in the channel at high tide.

We grabbed the mooring without a problem. It was so nice -- out of the wind and close to land! Agnes was waiting on land so we asked if she wanted to see the boat. She did, so we brought her out. Apparently, Running Tide's hull color was the color of all of her husband's boats! We talked for a little while before running her back to land. Then we ate lunch and went to shore.

We started laundry at Agnes's house before walking around town. We went by the canvas bag shop and got a bag. Clarke and I each have one from Nealy when she came here on Running Tide. Then we started walking to the northern part of the island. After about 2 miles we turned around to get the laundry and got to the boat. The boys ended up staying at the playground for a little while. We had dinner after they came back.
