When I woke up we had just anchored off Sandy Cay. We were going snorkeling at a reef just around the rocks. I quickly got ready and we hopped in the dinghy. Once we got there we moored and jumped in. It was beautiful! The coral was vibrant and plentiful and there was an abundance of animal life. We even saw a moray eel. After swimming around for a while we started back for the dinghy. Along the way, Clarke spotted a hawksbill turtle. He wasn't frightened by us and let us swim with him. My dad got close enough to touch him! After a little while, he swam away and we made our way back to the dinghy.

Anchor was pulled on Running Tide by 10 am and we were on our way to the Abaco Beach Resort in Marsh Harbour. We got an awesome sail with the spinnaker! Around noon we were pulling into the resort marina. Cyrus was overjoyed to see a playground and pool, and he ran off the minute we touched the dock. Clarke followed a little bit later. I started polishing again. Just to clarify, I actually like polishing -- it's not some awful punishment from my parents! I love seeing the stainless go from kind-of-shiny to really-super-shiny. It almost looks like glass!

We went swimming around 2 pm. The pool felt really nice. Clarke and Cyrus would take turns jumping off people's shoulders into the water. Clarke did a few belly flops! The boys went to the grocery store when we got out.

Around 5 pm Aunt Caroline and Uncle Ian arrived. It's so good to see them again! The boys arrived a little bit later with a very large amount of groceries. Now the boat isn't looking so bare -- we had almost nothing deep-darked and the fruit and veggie supply were dwindling. We went to dinner at the resort restaurant. The food was good and I loved the mango daiquiri that my dad got us to share. The conch fritters were good too -- I never realized I liked them before.
