We swung by Knigthlife to say a final goodbye. We told them to come by Deltaville and give us a call when they were in the area. Then we headed to Black Point. We had banana pancakes for lunch. As we were pulling into the anchorage we decided to anchor by sail. It was easier than I expected. You just pick a spot, head to wind, and let the wind push you back as you drop the anchor. You take the sails down once you're anchored. Then we dinghied into shore.

We dropped by a little market before going to the laundromat. After starting a load everyone but my mom went back to the boat to eat the ice cream we had just gotten with strawberries. Once we were done we dinghied back to shore. We got mom and started on a hike. But as we were passing by the dock we looked out and saw a very unexpected sight -- Knightlife was anchoring right beside us! We changed our plans and rode out to say hello. After talking for a little bit we went back to fold our now-done laundry. We met a couple from Rockport, MA that just happened to own the ice cream shop we went to! After chatting for a little bit we dropped our laundry in the dinghy. Then we went on a hike. It was really pretty.

When we got back to the boat it was getting close to sunset. Mr. Ryan asked if we wanted to try his hydrofoil board. Clarke, dad, and I went. Clarke and I tried wakeboarding. I'd never wakeboarded before, but I got up on my first try! My dad stayed up on the foil on his last run. It got dark so we stopped. After dinner we played Uno.
