We departed from Wessaugassett Yacht Club around noon with the Shaw family. The day was beautiful, with lots of wind and huge swells. We even got to fly the spinnaker! The sail ended in Marblehead around 3pm. The mooring field here is incredible! There's about 1,200 boats split between two harbors. We motored to the fuel dock and Cyrus, the Shaws, and I got off to head to the Shaws house. Mom, Dad, and Clarke stayed aboard to put the boat on a mooring. Once they were done, they drove to the Shaw's house for dinner. Taking a shower was a treat! Around 10 pm we drove back to the boat and went to bed. It was a great first day!!
