We got off the mooring around 9 am. My dad had to do some work so I navigated us south. The first bridge we came to was a fixed bridge. I wasn't sure if we could get under it, but we did... with one inch to spare! All the fishing boats around us stopped to watch. As we continued south the ICW got crazier and crazier. We constantly had motorboats passing us at full speed. A few boats passed within 10ft of our boat while flooring it! No one seemed to be using any common sense. It also didn't help that we had to coordinate 5 bridge openings. Somehow I made it through. We were all very glad when we docked in West Palm Beach even if there were a ridiculous amount of boats on the nearby beach blasting music as loud as possible. Clarke had lots of fun fishing with the shrimp our neighbor gave him. He caught a grouper, catfish, and tropical fish. I was too exhausted mentally and physically to do anything. After dinner we took showers and went to bed.
