I woke up around 8 am to find that we were anchored in a remote spot right by the Georgetown lighthouse, in Georgia. We did schoolwork all morning before eating lunch and motoring to a remote beach.

Clarke cast-netted for the whole 4 hours that we were on land (no surprise there!). We also saw a dolphin about 10ft from shore. It had gotten beached in the shallow water and was on its side, struggling to get off. My dad contemplated if he should help it off or not. If my dad went to help it, he would risk getting his knees and legs broken by the dolphin's flapping tail. Luckily, the dolphin was able to get free after some struggle!

As we returned to our stuff, my dad told us how Clarke cast-netted a huge tarpon. It was at least 2 ft long! The video of him catching it was hilarious too. When we got back to our stuff, we read for a little while before heading back to the boat. We had a quiet, relaxed evening and went to bed early. It was nice to have a rest day after traveling so far yesterday/this morning!
